The room was nicely furnished. the bathroom was fairly clean. the hotel is centrally located in the best part of the city. It's close to great restaurants and bars, including an affordable Michelin rated restaurant just three doors away. You can easily walk to the center of Clermont-Ferrand and the old town from here.

There were good-sized rooms with a bath. The staff from start to finish were efficient.

The single room with a bath was ideal for our trip. The location was particularly good and magnificent, just a short walk away from a French national monument. You could walk to shops and all the main shops.

The front desk staff were pretty good too ensure a smooth check-in process. Even though we arrived after reception was closed, they provided clear instructions that allowed us to easily access our room. This level of dedication and communication is priceless. The beds in the room weresuper clean and cozy, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The plumbing worked well and there was always plenty of hot water for showers. The hotel has a colorful and cheerful lobby and breakfast room.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the noise from raucous students on a Thursday night and the need for updates in the bathroom, these were minor issues that did not significantly impact the overall experience.
